D&H#30, 1795 Great Britain half penny token; copper, lettered edge, 28 mm, coin die alignment; Earl Howe (Lancashire or Hamswoth-Hampshire), Obverse: Bust facing left, legend around, date and denomination below, "EARL HOWE & THE FIRST OF JUNE 1794 // 1795 //HALFPENNY". Reverse: A smaller ship sailing to the left, legend around, “THE WOODEN WALLS OF OLD ENGLAND”; edge: PAYABLE IN LANCASTER LONDON OR BRISTOL; decent extra fine grade, a spot on the bust chin.
