KM-4, 1897 German East Africa 1/2 rupie; silver, reeded edge; Wilhelm II, early type, scarce with small mintage of 75,000, especially so in high grades, almost uncirculated details with cabinet storage proof like toning, rim bump and what appear to be a flan defect across rim on obverse.
