This is a 1903s mint, in EF condition, and i have MANY available. FACT: When it was evident that the Japs were going to occupy the Philippines, The Government ordered ALL silver coinage rounded up and dumped into Manila Bay, to keep them from the Japs, who needed Silver for their WAR MACHINE. MILLIONS were dumped!
