1774 George III 1/2 penny - The majority of George III halfpennies that circulated both in Great Britain and British North America (including this one) were contemporary counterfeits. Genuine ones have a slightly smaller bust and the S in GEORGIVS doesn't touch his head. Oddly the counterfeits are worth more than the genuine article.
