KM-215.2, 1963 Colombia 20 centavos; copper-nickel, reeded edge; large date; poor strike or craftmanship, the thin wreath around both obverse and reverse are shifted, probably coin was loose in the collar; about uncirculated for wear it looks to me; also VIENTE re-cut on reverse as well as the head of the eagle.
