KM-145, Bolivia 1/2 melgarejo; silver, crudely reeded edge; appears to be both smaller flan (compared to the other two I have) weighting 9.6 gr and it is also a die variety narrow spaces around * in reverse legend and wide spacing between SETIEMBRE 5 DE 1865, wear wise between very good and fine I believe, reverse is heavily worn, obverse is better, not cleaned.
