Description:
18 Gröscher (Ort, 1/6 Thaler). Polish-Saxon Union. Friedrich August III (1733-1763). *EC* - mintmaster Ernst Dietrich Croll, work on Leipzig mint in 1753-63. In the Krause catalog, he mistakenly called TYMPF, but in fact it is ORT (1/4 Thaler), impaired, by the time in Poland and Lithuania to 1/6 Thaler. Ag.
