| Singapore 1986 1 dollar TRIAL. Metal: Cupro-Nickel, 9.97g, 26.50mm. Featuring the Arms of Republic of Singapore with the year 1986 with 4 official languages around the circumference of the coins. It also features periwinkle (another poisonous plant found quite common) or bettern known as Lochnera rosea. The reason why this is considered as trial as this never got circulated to the public. The final design of 1 dollar coin that got released is a smaller design and is in Al-Bronze. |
