The Zimbabwe 1 cent, from a 1980 proof set, features its Denomination '1' in a border of flame lilies, on its reverse, and the obverse, the stone-carved Zimbabwe Bird appears which also appears on the national flags and the coats of arms of both Zimbabwe and Rhodesia, as well as on banknotes and coins (first on Rhodesian pound and then Rhodesian dollar). It probably represents the bateleur eagle.
