1999 silver proof version of the UK millennium crown. There was also a 2000 dated version which has the 2000 date on the obverse, the same two dates 1999 and 2000 on the reverse, but the British Isles are gold-coloured. You may notice greasy-looking reflections on the reverse. All the examples we have handled have a slightly stressed surface finish in places, some on the obverse also.
