Description:
Fausta was the daughter of Maximian, who arranged for her to marry Constantine I (the Great). She bore him three sons and two daughters. These were Constantine II, Constantius II, Constans, Constantina, and Helena. Constantine put to death her father after she exposed his plotting against Constantine. Her brother Maxentius was defeated and killed at the Battle of the Milvian Bridge. She accused Constantine's son Crispus by a previous marriage of attempting to seduce her, and he was executed. Sh
